Each player may hold only one active ckkkk account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts opened on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ckkkk platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. ckkkk may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
3.4 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.5 Verification. ckkkk may require you to complete an identity verification process at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.6 Restricted Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use ckkkk: (a) persons under 18 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, and close family members of ckkkk or any affiliated Game Provider; (c) persons who have successfully self-excluded from the ckkkk platform during their self-exclusion period.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ckkkk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
4.2 All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, games played, and deposits made — is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified ckkkk of a security breach.
4.3 You must notify ckkkk immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your credentials have been compromised.

5.1 ckkkk accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard via Dutch-Bangla Bank and other banking partners, may be available as indicated in the Cashier at the time of deposit.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed in the ckkkk Cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted at ckkkk's discretion and may vary by payment method.
5.4 Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. ckkkk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment network, mobile wallet provider, or banking partner.
5.5 ckkkk does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which ckkkk accepts no responsibility.
5.6 ckkkk reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds deposited, particularly where the amount or frequency of deposits is unusual. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ckkkk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Before a withdrawal is processed, ckkkk may require you to complete identity and payment method verification as described in Section 3.5. Withdrawals will not be released until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.3 Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Typical processing times for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are between 2 and 30 minutes following approval, subject to payment network availability. ckkkk accepts no liability for delays attributable to the payment provider's network.
6.4 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the ckkkk Cashier. ckkkk reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its discretion.
6.5 Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance that has satisfied all applicable conditions is eligible for withdrawal.
6.6 ckkkk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, Prohibited Conduct, or a breach of these Terms.
7.1 ckkkk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement and any game restrictions will be stated on the promotion page.
7.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any player found to be exploiting bonus mechanics — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk — may have their bonus cancelled and their account reviewed.
7.4 ckkkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring the terms of any bonus already credited to a player's account.
7.5 Only one bonus may be active per Account at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Players must opt in to a bonus before making a qualifying deposit or wager; retroactive bonus claims will not be accepted.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on ckkkk are subject to the rules of the specific game or betting market in which they are placed. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. Betting market rules for sports are displayed within the sportsbook section.
8.2 Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ckkkk may cancel or void a bet in the following circumstances: (a) a game or match is cancelled or abandoned; (b) an obvious pricing or data error has occurred; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
8.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server error occurring during a game session, ckkkk will make reasonable efforts to resolve the affected round fairly.
